  • Providing continuous training and raising awareness and commitment to quality management system (ISO 9001:20015) among our employees.
  • Providing high quality services to achieve customer satisfaction and even exceed their expectations.
  • Continuous development of quality management system )ISO 9001:2015( by setting goals and reviewing them continuously, ensuring the dissemination of quality concepts, spreading and developing administrative and professional practices, and improving the provided services to support the strategic goals of the Authority.

Transport Authority and its employees believe that the implementation of this policy comes through the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 system, continuous development and compliance with the requirements of the specification to ensure its effectiveness, and review the system periodically according to the approved processes.
